Through mentorship, education, startup assistance, business development support, strategic partnerships, community investment, and ownership opportunities, we help participants transform ideas into businesses, businesses into assets, and assets into lasting legacies. Our services include Entrepreneur Development and Business Support, Startup Cost Assistance and Resource Connections, Community Ownership Projects, Leadership Development and Mentorship, Financial Literacy and Ownership Education, Existing Business Growth and Recovery Support, Strategic Partnership Opportunities, Professional Development and Training, and Community Investment Initiatives. mentorship, education, startup assistance, business planning support, resource connections, and strategic guidance.
Services may include: Business Planning Assistance, Startup Cost Assistance, Resource
Connections, Mentorship & Coaching, Business Development Support, and Strategic Partnerships.
Our goal is to help individuals move from vision to ownership.
Professional
Community Ownership Projects: develops ownership opportunities based on real community needs.
If the community needs it, the community should have opportunities to own it. If the community needs a grocery store, we find individuals in that community to take on the project. We help launch the project, but you own the project!! This could include but is not limited to grocery stores, farms, beauty supply chains and more
Business
Business Growth & Recovery Support
I AM the Black Cause supports existing business owners seeking growth, expansion, sustainability, or recovery assistance.
Services may include Funding assistance, Growth Planning, Strategic Guidance, Mentorship, Partnership Development, and Resource Connections.
Our goal is to help strengthen businesses that already serve their communities while creating opportunities for future growth and networking
Enterprise
Ownership Education & Leadership Development
I AM the Black Cause provides education, leadership development, mentorship, and
ownership-focused training designed to prepare future owners and community leaders. Services may include Financial Literacy Education, Entrepreneurship Training, Leadership Development, Professional Development, Workforce Readiness, and Ownership Mindset Training.
Our goal is to equip individuals with the knowledge, confidence, and skills needed to pursue
ownership opportunities and build lasting success.
